"Unfortunately, relevant context here is that I’m a younger, small, woman. I had a tire slowly leaking but it was not clear where. I first called AAA and the service provider laughed at me, kicked my tire and asked why I called because it wasn’t flat. I went to Brighton Motor Service and they were efficient, they were friendly, took me seriously and searched pretty hard for a sneaky leak that they were able to repair for a fair price. I was very nervous about finding help after my first experience and general fear of being taken advantage of in auto shop environments, but I highly recommend Brighton Motor Service for women with similar concerns!"
