"Pretty good if you can snatch a deal with one of the parking apps. First time in can be confusing (and a bit of a walk) to find out how to exit the place and get back in. But after first time its really convenient and a bit cheaper if you are OK to walk to the waterfront area or Chinatown or the North End."
"I was able to place my reservation online super easily and didn't have to download an entire app or create a formal login to do it. I had to show a screenshot to the garage entrance attendant to get in, which was a bit odd, but the garage was so relatively empty!!! I found a spot easily on the 2nd level down of 4, could have on the first probably. was strange though, I think we had to drive to the bottom/4th level in order to exit because it is a one way garage. it was neat seeing a below ground garage; certainly kept the car cool in the warm heat we had for memorial day!!"
"Someone needs to teach these folks how to count. They advertise 42 dollars for 24 hours, but they calculate it based on their open close times not your actual parking time so they will charge you for two days if you stay overnight. False and misleading advertising. Will be reporting to the BBB for false advertisement."
