"Hire people who can do the job they are hired for and if they cannot understand the position they should find something that they can do.The lotto machine is not always out of order it's the employee who is out of order.It doesn't take a masters degree to take a lot to card,put it into the machine and charge the amount that comes out on the screen. Re-train any any employee who doesn't understand the function of the job hired for or get rid of them."

"Attendant left me at the window waiting for 10-15 min at 530am while I watched him on his laptop and still I had to bang on the window a few times then said he couldn't add money to my cash app which I'm sure he just didn't want to so I chose to give him $20 in quarters rather than a 20 bill which he wasn't happy about. Will NEVER go back id rather pay the higher price for gas across the street than give them my business."
