"$18 for 45 minutes after 4pm. A total rip-off. Thatโs almost the day rate for this neighborhood. Avoid this lot."
"Arrived at 4:57 am one day and was charged a full day. Their schedule starts at 5am and wouldn't refund the money. The guy at the counter basically told me there wasn't anyone was going to do. Don't park here."
"Do not park along the wooden walkway against the water on the left side of this lot. They frequently have intense flooding in this section when it has recently snowed/rained. They do not put out cones or signs warning of flooding, even though they are well aware that flooding frequently happens on that side. I've seen several cars totaled over the past couple weeks following my own. The attendants admitted to me that they know that it floods over there frequently. The tow that came also said that he has had to tow several cars in this lot due to flooding over the years. And they will still make you pay for your parking if your car is totaled. One instance is not their fault, MANY incidents over several years with no signage or warnings is absolutely their fault. It is also a very tight parking lot to get a tow in and out!"

"On the evening of May 24th, we showed up to the parking lot to ask how much it was going to cost leaving our car and pick it up the next morning at 8am and the male employee answered us that it was going to cost us $24, which we were ready to pay. The next morning, we ended up coming a bit earlier, around 7am, to pick up our car and that's when the problem began. When we asked the employee why the machine was asking us to pay $48, she wasn't even looking our way and was ignoring us. When she finally answered us, she had a disrespectful attitude, used rude language and ended up saying with a sassy tone "stop arguing, you'll end up paying anyway" and " I'm the supervisor, pay what the machine tells you to pay" when we told her what the employee told us the day before. We are not complaining about the mistake with the information that was given to us, but about the attitude that the supervisor had towards us. And frankly, how do you expect your employees to do their job correctly when their supervisor treats your clients that way? It is also a bit deceiving for the price, considering the fact that we chose your parking lot because we thought that the price was better than the other ones around, and we ended up paying TWICE the price because of the wrong information. We also wrote an email to the company about the problem and never received any answers."
