"WHOA! Do not park here. Park across the street, even if staying at the hotel. We had a stay at the Intercontinental and parked here. They entered the wrong info on my parking ticket when they took my car I waited over 40 minutes while they brought me other people's cars and tried to give them to me. I continued to be patient with them until they located my vehicle. A couple waiting with e had not seen there vehicle in four days, since parked. apparently it was somehow missing. Very disorganized and hectic. Huge wait times even when no other people trying to pick up there vehicle."

"Good time. The only problem was that there isn’t customer service unless you are on the property. I had a question that needed immediate attention, I left 2 messages because they don’t seem to have people who answer the phone and I never got a call back. That was 4 days ago and obviously we will never get a get a call back. We went anyway and had fun, though!"

"I parked there yesterday. Its valet parking (as far as I know thats mandatory), TIPS ARE NORMAL, I got there before a few others and those people got there cars before me. I don’t touch my rear view, camera was already off, but for some reason theres fingerprints on the rear view, and my drivers side mirror was adjusted. Its part of a upper-class parking culture. Aside from that. I got some parking price photos for you."

"A terrible service. Being told you have parking for a 24 hour period and then retiming the ticket for a time before your plane even landed in Boston is ridiculous. The parking service has no ties with the hotel attached and both are giving misinformation about times of checking out. This led to a late fee that they refused to waive, even though they were the ones with the wrong information. Will not be using this service again."
