"This is a super tight parking garage, spaces are narrow and center aisle isn't very wide; so much so that someone scraped the corner of my sedan and left no note. This lot is on SpotHero for pretty cheap for a good reason, dont pay more than 15 bucks to park for 6-8 hours."

"It is a bit on the expensive side but not bad and a great location. They have a lot of parking spaces so it is good for just about any day. We parked here for the whole day and because we got in before 9 we're able to get the early bird parking price."

"Do NOT use this garage if there is any event going on. Those who prepaid had at least a 30 minute wait just to get validated at the office on the second floor where one employee was working. Those who paid at the machines in the lobby often could not get the mechanical arm to raise on the way out, and had to wait for the same one employee to override the system. It was a complete standstill. Finally got to our car and at least another 30 minutes just to get out of the garage. Will not use this garage again. Cost more to pay the babysitter for the additional time than it did to park."

"The parking is a little tight and the two way traffic in the "spiral" lot will give you goose bumps because they cut the corners so close! Got a "pass" through Park Whiz for a concert and it was well worth it. The Garage itself is well, a garage. It's clean and well lit. The elevators that take you to the lobby are very nice & clean. The lobby itself is quite impressive and if you take a left out of the South entrance/exit you end up right in the center of everything. One thing, when you are looking for the entrance make sure you take a right turn onto Hawley Street otherwise you won't find it too easy."
