"This was the most narrow garage I’ve ever been in. Got stuck in a corner with a SEDAN (not even a large car), and couldn’t get out without scratching my car against the walls to avoid scratching someone else’s vehicle. I now have damage to my front bumper and my paint job, and I have a bit of claustrophobia after this. This was ridiculous. I didn’t want to pay the fee once I had already entered the lot to find somewhere bigger, but in hindsight I wish I had. Never parking here again, I suggest you don’t either."

"I am a monthly parker here. Service is very good and the new management has upgraded technology introducing plate automatic recognition that allow to enter/exit without having to swipe the card. Terence, who works there, is wonderful and always very helpful when needed."

"Got nice price through a parking app but please be aware the spaces are extremely NARROW & TIGHT. There was one pickup that took up 3 spots because the two spaces on either side is so small that no other cars can fit. It’s right in Chinatown which is convenient but if you don’t want dings or scratches on your car, then I’d look elsewhere."

"Parked the car for several days while in Boston. Talked to several of the on-duty gentlemen while I was here because I was not familiar with the pay for parking websites in the area. Every gentleman I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. People are complaining about the size and yes it was tight but we had no issue getting a full size Dodge Durango in and out of the garage. Great price and great customer service. Highly recommend."
