"We hold monthly passes for this garage, and have experienced some technical issues with the passes, and every time we called, the same person on the phone was super rude, and not helpful at all, on top of being extremely difficult to understand. This parking is very convenient I just wish the staff was nicer and had basic customer service skills :("

"Surely this garage has a system of efficiency in place that works. Perhaps foresight of trained employees anticipating a mass-exit are off duty on the Fourth. After the Fourth of July festivities, at 11:30 PM it took over an hour and a half to move zero feet. Absurd, frustrating, senseless with only (seemingly) idiots in charge of the facility. Temperatures were approaching 90f, no ventilation and the smell of motor vehicle exhaust pervasive. Ridiculous and dangerous. Ruined the entire day, and part of the next."

"This garage is in a central location on Tremont St, under Boston Common. The garage itself was easy to pull into and exit, and the elevators take you right up to the park. The parking rates were honestly pretty reasonable. I parked there on a Saturday and a Sunday for about 7 hours each visit. Each day it only came to $18 which I thought was pretty good! I will definitely use this garage the next time I drive into Boston!"

"This used to be a great place to park, since I work at a local hospital. They offer parking passes for medical personnel. Never had an issue until the last two weeks, denying a parking space I pay for in advanced on their website, without notice on their website, that the lot is full. How is the lot full when there are X number of spaces dedicated to medical personnel and student rate parking passes? Do not offer these passes if they are not going to accommodated for. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Other than this issue--great place to park and centrally located to many attractions."

"I am deeply disappointed in the garage. I had a flat tire when i returned to my car. Per the signage that states the garage has amenities like battery charging and tire inflation, I went to the front office to request use of a pump. None of the staff (while courteous) spoke English and the security guard came out to tell us they didn’t have any of that because it was stolen. He passed me a card of a “local business” instead. I called AAA and am now waiting at least an hour for a tire change. I live 4 miles from the garage and could make it home with a semi inflated tire. I’ve had trouble parking in this garage before and I think this is the last time."
