"Horribly designed garage. You need to go all the way from one long side of the garage to the other to turn into a different lane. The payment booth was malfunctioning, causing an insanely long line just to get out of the garage, and they have the gall to charge $30+ for such a poorly designed space. A true indictment of the horrendous experience that is driving in Boston - those attending concerts at the Symphony Hall are better off taking an Uber instead."
