"Disgusting behavior from the same older guy [not the actual old guy] who demanded to hold my id. No one has taken my id behind the glass and no one else has disgusting behavior of this dude. Maybe they a range of attentiveness but no one is ignorant and rude like the dude I just had the displeasure of dealing with. This same man makes an issue every time he’s in. I won’t be going back. Update: I’m well aware of the rules of the commonwealth. That particular employee wanted to sass me for forgetting my id initially and then demanded to hold it. I made it completely visibly holding it up to the glass. I’ve followed his two previous requests of wanting to hold it before where he held it while staring and choosing to have conversations about my age before handing my id back after requesting it back. No other employee wants to hold my id when I lift it up to the window pointing at the year they have no issue. I’ve seen him not card men, I ignored it bc maybe they’ve already been carded. However, due to me telling him I didn’t want to talk or hear him sass about the importance of my id he demanded to hold it and said to go ahead and call the boss man if I have a problem I tried calling the number listed and it only rings. I have proof of this. Maybe the initial review needed more details so I wouldn’t get told to review the law."

"I hate this place especially at night they let 80 homeless people just block the door and beg for money and not just one all of them. And I understand the struggle but they let them harass all the customers they will surround you at the window do you got money do you got smokes, but will get angry and aggressive if you say no. Would absolutely NOT recommend if you are a woman or alone at night please stay away."
