"My fiancé and I both work on boats, so when we got a short break, we decided we could do the cliff walk. With little time, we figured it would be faster to take a scooter. My fiancé forgot his wallet, so I put all of my info down and would be the driver. My sister owned a moped when we were growing up, I drove a moped regularly about 10 years ago when I was traveling through Bali and Thailand- it ain’t rocket science. However, after completing the paperwork and having a walk through with one of the employees, the owner came out as we were about to leave and was very rude- saying I wasn’t allowed to be driving. He blamed it on my fiancés weight in comparison to mine however, if I had been a small-built man, I highly doubt he would have said a thing. My fiancé is a “men be men, women be women” kind of guy, and he even got pissed off and said the owner was being sexist towards me. So basically, we had a really fun day planned and this guy and his attitude put a big damper on it. I say find another spot to support!"

"The owner is an unpleasant man with no manners he welcomed our group grumpy, yelling and threatening us he will take the money and send us away. Scooters themselves are weak and suffering from engine problems The throttle work half of the time there's no reverse in the vehicle so you need to step out of it and risk yourself in the road in order to push back and turn the vehicle And after all of this in the town there's road works so in order to return to the place you have to go a long way which includes a more public road and traffic when we arrived back the owner tried to charge us for extra time for being in traffic which he didn't mention at the start. A side from all of that Newport views are amazing and i really recommend go there and have a peaceful trip"
