"Riding an electric bike made me feel like Lance Armstrong…cheating a little, but totally winning! The name says it all, we had an amazing Island Adventure on e-bikes all morning, then traded them in for paddle boards and splashed around in a beautiful cove on a hot summer afternoon. It was the perfect day! Even though we hadn’t ridden bikes in a while we were pros right away. The saying “It’s like riding a bike…” might work for the first mile. Riding an e-bike worked for us on a 10 mile ride around Ocean Drive and then throughout all of downtown Newport. I can confirm this is “Dad-bod” friendly! We flew right by everyone in summer traffic. We even stopped for lunch at the famous Castle Hill (which has bike racks) for lobster rolls and cocktails while we watched the sailboats. Island Adventures is a Newport must! I cannot recommend enough!"
