"I am truly impressed with the Enterprise team at Boston Logan Airport. Two employees in particular stood out, Sebastien (no last name) and Assistant Manager, Bobby Alford. Both of these men went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was a success. Sebastien realized our vehicle was not what we exactly ordered and found a perfect replacement in a matter of minutes. He was kind, professional and moved at the speed of light. He did this with a huge smile on his face. Bobby ensured our check in was easy and that we enjoyed every moment of our vacation with our rental car. "Rented a car for a week for visiting the New England states. Joe C. really helped and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the car and it's features. He also explained the use of the Toll Pass that was installed in the front windshield. Being a regular customer of Enterprise I was a little surprised how dirty the car was when I picked up the car. I wasn't going to make a big deal but this was the first time I picked up an Enterprise car in this condition. The inside was clean so that mattered most for us. The car worked find all during week, and the return was seamless as usual."
