"Needed my power steering replace in October. They added new brakes and parking brakes. $1900 later I got my car back. Two months later, the same groaning noises began. Since they’d assured me my car was under warranty for 2 years for the work they did, I took it back. They said it’s the rack-o-pinion and it’s different from what they did before so it’s not covered. Ok. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and told them I was going on vacation on Sunday. They said it wouldn’t be fixed in time. I spent $350 on a rental car for my vacation. They promised it would be done by the next weekend. I got a call on my vacation asking if my air bag light was on and if the horn worked when I dropped it off. Somehow they broke my airbag and horn while fixing the rack-o-pinion. I was still assured it would be fixed by the weekend. I went to pick up my car on Saturday, 10 days after I’d dropped it off. The horn and air bag were still not fixed. The fire suppression system had gone off at the attached gas station and my car was covered in white dust. I got upset that the work hadn’t been done and I still had to pay $2100 to get my still-broken car in order to drive home for Christmas. The men at the station told me to be happy because it’s Christmas time… yeah, no, you messed up my car and charged me $2100 for the privilege. I drove home for Christmas without a working horn or airbags. Returned to the shop the day after Christmas and they fixed the horn and air bag in an hour. Why they didn’t fix it in the ten days they had before is beyond me. I said “ok, this has all sucked and I’ll never use them again but at least it’s over.” It’s now a week later and my car is making an entirely different noise whenever I go over 35mph. Honestly beginning to think this shop just fixed the problem you came in for and creates a future problem so you keep coming back."

"The gas is affordable, the folks here are pleasant, they have a nicely stocked shop inside, and they do quick inspections! However, I sadly must give only 3 stars as my history with receiving repairs here has been a frustrating situation. I have been told at least 3 times that "whoever did work on my car previously screwed [something] too tightly, causing it to strip" and costs me hundreds of dollars every time. On one occasion they did help me out when I admitted that they were the last ones to perform the work - which was nice - but after a recent oil change my pan now leaks and was not previously. It may lead to an estimated $800 expense. Frankly I cannot recommend the shop to others after these several experiences, but it is certainly nothing personal. It is simply due to some unfortunate experiences."

"We were very pleased with our experience at A-Z Auto Center. We're from out of town so when our car broke down, we looked for a AAA approved shop and A-Z had good ratings. We so pleased with the service we received - great communication and very accommodating to our schedule."

"5/5 stars for service, communication, and price. Driving home from work and my front breaks finally went. Had to get it towed .. the whole 9. Got towed to A-Z Auto Center after hours (8pm) and they had my car fixed ready to go the next day. Highly recommend."

"Complete scam. Don't waste your time or money. As other's have noted, they charge just to look at your car and don't tell you that until after it's been done. Not only this, but the guy on the phone flat out lied to me. I told him I just wanted a quote on a brake job. He said to bring it in, they would look through the whole car free of charge, then email me what needed to be done. Low and behold, all I needed was a brake job. They quoted me $1,300 to do it, $300 above what I had already been quoted elsewhere. When I came back to get my car and tell them I wasn't going to have them do the work, he decided to charge me $77 just for looking at the car. When I told him that the guy on the phone said they would look through it for free, he immediately got defensive, raising his voice, claiming no one said that to me (they 100% did). He didn't even bother to ask the other guy on the phone right next to him if he had said that. He just jumped right into telling me I was wrong. I hope you enjoy the $80 bro, I used to buy gas from you all the time, never again."
