"If you’re in a pinch and need a repair, or if you need regular service, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Had to bring our car back here 3 times for a botched brake swap. Had an appointment for 7:30am the final time, just to get brakes checked, they didn’t get my car in until 1pm. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else. We’ve had better luck with other shops in the area"

"On the Friday night of New Year's Weekend, our SUV burst an oil line and start spewing oil and smoke. Luckily we were directly in front of Sullivan Tire. Francisco gave us immediate assistance. The next morning, Jordan gave us an update and an estimate. Together they gave us a prompt repair for exactly the estimate. They were unfailingly courteous and gave us thoughtful explanations."

"Exercise caution before choosing this place for wheel mounting. I came in to install a new set of wheels, and after completion, I was informed that they couldn't program the tire sensor because they only had the capability for the 21 model year, whereas my car is a 23 model. This meant I had to go elsewhere for that service, and they did so without providing any prior notice, yet still charged me the full wheel mounting price. To make things worse, right after they put on the wheels, there was a weird noise coming from them. I had to come back. Then I went back, but they couldn't figure out why. They said it might be because of my aftermarket wheels. But seriously, it's just regular 17x8.5 wheels. I didn't ask for anything complicated. I thought a tire shop could handle it easily. I'm still waiting for a solution, but for now, I recommend not going to this shop."

"BE AWARE! Brought my car here a few months ago for front brakes and an alignment. I picked my car up and noticed it was still pulling so I brought it back. Then they told me I needed tie rods. I checked in with my regular mechanic and brother who's a manager at a car shop in Florida and they both told me you CAN NOT do an alignment with bad tie rods. So I go back and politely ask for a refund and the manager David I believe goes back and forth with me catches an attitude and finally gives me a refund. I spent thousands at this place over 7 years for them to be dishonest and catch attitudes when I ask for a refund for JUST the alignment. Also my rotors were slotted and when they replaced them they put on regular brakes without telling me. It's the deceit and attitude that through me off."
