"My car broke down today in the middle of a parking lot. I called Akiki Auto Repair as they were the closest option for towing. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful and told me the tow truck will be there in about an hour. About 30 mins later the tow truck shows up and the driver is also very friendly and helpful. I’ve never used Akiki Auto before but after experiencing the amazing customer service I will be going back to them for any other car services I may have in the future!"

"Akiki is very good at fixing an issue, once identified, on your vehicle. The automotive technician’s are good. However, they are lacking in the preventative maintenance department. I brought my vehicle in multiple times to have oil changed/issue check and I was never told/advised about a potential safety issue concerning a severely rusted/corroded bolt on my exhaust manifold/floor boards, so that I could pay attention/be aware of the issue so I could what was necessary to address/fix it. Again, they are great at resolving issues; I would just prefer them to be more proactive and advise me of the possibility so that I can address it before it breaks."
