"Javier is the best realtor ever and I would recommend him to all family and friends! A little background on me, I’m a night shift RN and my commute is 1hr both ways. I used to be able to make the drive but now I’m falling asleep on the road. I’ve been saving up for years now cause I was always told you need 20% down when you buy a place. I know absolutely nothing about buying a place by the way. I also spent a year trying to find a place on my own with no success. My coworker told me about Javier and that I didn’t have to go with him but he could give me good info about the process of buying a place. I met up with him at his office and he drove me to all the different properties (which I very much appreciated cause I was always super sleepy after working night shifts). I never felt any pressure to buy any of the properties if I didn’t like it. Even when I wasn’t for sure about a place he would be like… let’s just go check it out. When we finally found a place, his wife was amazing with helping me with all the financial paperwork stuff. Our first appointment was Feb 29 and the keys were in my hand April 12th. Super fast! On another note I wanted to redo the bathroom so he helped arrange for multiple contractors to come the day I got the keys and stayed with me until all of them left. Javier also checks up on me to make sure everything is still going great. He really is the best and goes above and beyond for his clients!"
