"The room was spacious to accommodate 4 people. The a/c kept the room warm enough during this time of year that we still needed heat on. The from desk person was friendly & had moved quickly to check us in. Only downside was that it had roaches!"

"I'm a business owner from New Orleans, La. We checked into this hotel during our relocation back home. I must say .., I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. The owners appear to be of Indian descent and Im not quite certain if they had an issue with African Americans ? Or, if they just don't appreciate the very people who spend money with them. Our room flooded during a storm. They changed our room stated.. "they worked with us". They didn't credit our room, or offer to wash and dry our clothes !!!! Corporate office stated it was the GM decision.. we're still waiting for an apology. DO NOT STAY HERE. They don't appreciate customers. - Well traveled New Orleanian."

"I paid almost double what I would normally pay for a Motel 6 mid-week AND had a bunch of problems. First, the TV was not working properly and glitched out every six seconds. Maintenance came and turned the tv off, came back ten minutes later to turn it on and did not fix the problem. We weren’t offered another room with a working tv. Second, there are no lamps. Only three weird, bright white ceiling lights. Third, I asked for a late check out but decided to stay another night out of convenience, not because I liked it, and the lady was weird about the fact that I made this decision at 11:30, not 11:00. So I asked for an 11:30 check out night two, and as I’m packing the car around 11:30, she calls me four times to get out of the room. Like, seriously? That’s a sure fire way to never have a returning customer. It was ridiculous. I’m not surprised it was less than a third full because the customer service and rooms are pretty terrible."

"Housekeeping stole our plushie bear. Room was clean We had guests pacing above us and could hear all of it all night. Plenty of parking. No kettle, but does have a microwave. Hot water available from 6am, reception open 24 hours."

"I’ve been staying here when I come from out of town a last time I did feel that they were racially profiling me but I didn’t think much of it. I booked a room an my flight got delayed so I called an said I would be late the lady assured me the room would still be available. I called one more time to make sure because the lady was giving me all types of attitude an next thing I know the new emplowho answered the phone said that I was out on the do not rent list an I was so confused as I had just spoke with someone. I asked her why she said they don’t have ti give an explanation. I called corporate they said that if the property doesn’t give a reason then that just that. I’ve never had problems staying at this place yes is a semi dump yes the service is mid. But it’s cheap so I stay here. I ended up staying at the embassy much cleaner plus breakfast but I’m warning you if you’re black or even seem to not be white they will discriminate. An they are all Indians so you already know how they treat us Americans as if we owe them something. Guess I won’t be back since I’m on that list but who cares it’s a dump anyway"
