"Due to the location and decency of the motel I give 3 stars but mostly a 1 star hotel . Yes they have a pool, jacuzzi is broken not as clean. Checked in rooms still had trash on top of dresser also walls had dirt smeared on it . Charge a whole 130 . Wi-Fi extremely sucks . Plumbing sucks bad no hot water whatsoever. Really don’t recommend this stay if better options around the beach area ."

"I can only tell you that, You get what you pay for when it comes to this hotel. Yes location is great, the staff are outstanding. Just don't expect anything else. It's at minimal a one star for cleanliness in and outside of the rooms. The homeless are all over the place because of the owner being to cheap to hire security or a maintenance person to take care of the place. Other than that. It's a great little place."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean, sheets and towels were clean and fresh, bathroom was clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. The wall unit AC worked great. No bugs of any kind anywhere! We had a fridge and a microwave. No coffee maker, but there's a Starbucks in the Von's across the street. The place was quiet too, considering it's on a pretty big intersection and across from an outside bar. Yes, the exterior looks terrible but don't let that fool you. It's a decent place for a few nights' stay."

"This place is dirty and the wifi doesn't work. The cops are always over here. You really don't wanna stay here. It is not worth the money that you will be paying. It is better if you spend like 30 more bucks and you will be able to stay at a Hilton or something that is way better. Like if I was able to get my money back I would have. everything is dirty and nasty. Like I had to clean the room myself just to make it a little better. I was not happy. But no other rooms around during pride weekend. Stay somewhere else if you could. I really hope this helps out a lot."

"Got a room last minute, price was right for Memorial Day weekend and no cost for pets. Location is amazing as well, very close to the arts district, also free parking. Staff was very friendly. Got assigned a room and when we went to put our stuff dow, it was already occupied….. none of locks to the property worked so people were wandering the courtyard. Didn’t feel very safe. Room was fine but little dirty, someone put a bag over a smoke detector, was never removed…"
