"I used Anna Stephens to sell a family home in Ventura that had been used as a rental for several years. I live 4+ hours away from Ventura. I was referred by a friend of my daughter, and Anna very quickly provided guidance and a sales plan that made sense. The written marketing plan included support for the selling price, which was very helpful as the market was so volatile in 2022! Anna did an amazing job! She coordinated with the property manager to help ease the tenants out of the home, including making several site visits. During that time, she arranged repairs, repainting and staging. Once the house was prepared, it looked beautiful! Her recommended trades people did good work at a fair price, with Anna doing all the groundwork to make the maintenance happen. Anna sold the home very quickly with multiple offers significantly over the listing price.
