"Low key and close to the action. Check it out! I give 5 stars bc it was a nice experience and everyone was great. It's not a 5 star resort. Quite the opposite. But it's chill and I like the people. So it gets a 5. Don't expect high level Hilton. But expect comfort and TLC. Will be back!"

"Steer clear from this place. I was traveling to Ventura and had car trouble with the car I rented and I wasn't able to make it to the hotel, I called the hotel and a lady answered, I tried explaining that I needed to cancel my reservation, I understood I might be charged for one day, and she started screaming at me asking me why I was calling her, she kept screaming: "NO, NO CALL BOOKING, NOT HERE!" Then she started yelling in a foreign language. After about 10 minutes of trying to explain she said,: " Yes, Yes, Good bye, and hung up on me. I called the booking agency and they reached out informed them I was stranded, willing to pay one night but was cancelling the 2md night, the lady refused, saying that t it was non- refundable. I figured since I was going to be charged even if I didn't stay, II would tell my family members who I was supposed to visit get a couple of free nights on me. They went to the hotel and kindly declined saying I was actually lucky I didn't make it, not only did it look unsafe from the exterior, when they went in the clerk was extremely rude and the place was filthy. They sent a couple of pictures of window and what looks like a door had been kicked in a few times. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. I'm The car issues may have just been a blessing in disguise."

"Can you give no stars? This place was horrible. Owner/manager was the worst of it all. She was very crude and racist. My daughter was eaten up by bed bugs. I guarantee this place was not or in any way possibly up to code (at any point). The cleaning staff were the only pleasant and reasonable human beings. I do not write negative reviews normally, but i do not want anyone else to experience what we did. I paid up front for a weeks stay..."

"The rude lady who was at front desk needs to smile and not look at people as if they are beneath her. I called for a room said needed it for 2 days she said yes but when I got there she said I'm lying g u didn't call. But anyways I had someone try to break into my room . I told her about it and she cussed me out and said I was lying. I think and feel it was an i side job. I wanted to call police but I had. I proof and nothing f was stolen. Just screen broken off window. I'm glad I licked the windows. I did the next best thing I'm my mind and that was report it to office. But wow I was wrong. Don't stay there. I won't til they get rid of lady."
