"Very comfortable and friendly motel in the heart of Ventura. The check in was fast and friendly with Mayur; and he also had the TV channels fixed So they all worked. Very good service. Ask for the “good looking” discount."

"The only issue is that the walls are thin ... and the rooms are set up as mirror opposites of one another. And if the guests in the next room are inconsiderate, continuously colliding with the wall. And you're double screwed when they have an undisciplined small child and a crying infant. It's a non-stop sideshow!! On the positive side staff is very friendly, the rooms are large and recently remodeled ."

"Fantastic customer service. Possibly the best service I've ever experienced from any hotel, which impressed me even more considering how affordable this place is. The owner was super accommodating and stayed at the office late for our delayed arrival. He was gracious and friendly and had a great travel recommendation to head up to Solvang instead of going to Malibu. We were not disappointed. The place itself is no frills and has the quirks you'd expect from a low cost option in Ventura. My wife and I felt safe and the owner made us feel at home. I would happily stay here again."
