"Horrible Customer service. Do yourself a favor and Do Not SHOP HERE! Hidden fees. The workers are incompetent and messed up the transfer of two phones and porting in numbers. They informed me they were waiving the fees and giving me a bunch of accessories, then I was charged for all of it and had to call Verizon to waive the fees. Verizon told me to go in and talk to them since they have the receipt and they refused to let me return the phone well within the return period then kicked me out of the store."
"Isiah is the best! It was a busy day and they were understaffed, but he made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. He gave me the information I needed in order to decide on a new phone and the accessories, as well as transferred my information to my new phone. He did all of this while helping 7 other people who came in the store and was kind and courteous to everyone!"
