"Zero stars if I could. This was for 1 wheel stud repaid. I called over a week before my appointment and they made is seem like it was easy and would be fast. Also told me a price of less than 50$ I got here at 330pn and I was told they didn't have the part, had to call another place that would call another place. I was told that if they didn't have it I would have to go to dealership. The other place had it and it would be 35 mins to deliver and he told me 25 to install. I said I would come back in am hour in which he said they would call me. They did not call me and i came back. This is 445ish now. I waited for him to input in system and then it to get "worked on" I then waited ANOTHER hour. This is now 2.5 hours in the process, oh and the total is $93 and not what i was told . I will never be back to this place again. Seriously wasted so much time."

"Normally I don't do public reviews. But today I find myself having to do it, since I tried to talk to a manager on the phone and I was on hold for more than 30 minutes, I finally had to hang up, I couldn't wait any longer. A week ago on Sunday 11/26 I made an appointment for today Monday at 2pm. When I got to the store and checked in, I waited more than 10 minutes only to hear that the tires I had ordered a week ago had NOT arrived and that they had to reschedule my appointment and that the price they had quoted me online was different from what I would have to pay in the store(more). I try to understand that these days the stores get busy but that doesn't mean we have to lower our quality of service. The people who are there to serve the customers need to have a little more empathy and warmth when dealing with customers. I was surprise not even offering a discount for their lack of communication and customer service."

"I waited 5 hrs for my vehicle (was told it would be ready within 1-2hrs) and got charged for a service that was not completed. This has been my go-to for the last four years for my oil change, but I will probably not go back. I jokingly said "you guys have a lot of work, nobody wants to come back" with the young gentleman that charged me, and his reply was, "yeah I took a longer lunch too." Very disappointed. I was also told they no longer acknowledge appointment times, rather they work on a first come first serve basis. I hope management gets this place fully staffed and going on a daily basis to prevent these situations and have business going like it once was."

"Schedule an appointment for 2 tires and alignment at 5 o'clock. Arrive at 430 walk in was greeted by Jose. Asked what I was in for told him. I 2 tires in alignment responded with OK. Your car will be ready tomorrow, excuse me. Yeah, we're short handed technicians and don't have the time to do it today. So it will be done first thing In the morning I ask. Why couldn't you call me and give me a heads up that you had no technicians available to do the service to my car, he grunned. That was his response, no communication to the customer. No communication about lack of technicians. Nothing just leave you hanging. I have heard horror stories about this location.. And now I'm a believer will not be coming back. Cancel my order to spend my money elsewhere."

"STAFF: Maria and the tech, Chris, were awesome. Maria was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep me updated on the status of the job. Chris did a thorough job going over the car and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. THE JOB: I booked the 120-point vehicle inspection. I was looking to buy a used car and wanted to make sure it didn't have any hidden issues. Sure enough, the tech found it was leaking oil from the front main crankshaft seal, a control arm needed to be replaced, the battery was at its half life, the air filter was very dirty, and there was a missing bolt on the AC line. Maria put together estimates to repair each item. That included estimates for work that their shop couldn't perform: the crankshaft seal replacement. This was above and beyond what I expected from Pep Boys. Overall, with the vehicle inspection report, and the repair estimates, I decided not to buy the car and saved myself a large repair cost."
