"Bad store the only problem is all the employees Park up at the front of the store I got there about 10 minutes before they opened the parking lot was completely full nowhere to park anywhere near the door so I got out and went and waited for the store to open me and three other people walked in all the other cars were employees"

"This store is so hard to get a hold of via phone it’s pathetic! I’ve been calling the pro-desk , called customer service desk, and email. To place a simple lumber order and no response at all. Got a hold of the manager at that time and I expressed my frustration but yet to solution. Luckily I was able to get a hold of Kelly at the pro-desk and he made the ordering process all worth it. Home Depot please upgrade your customer service response and answer the phones at this point."

"On a recent outing to the Rohnert Park Home Depot, I was impressed to see an area of the store dedicated to tool and equipment rentals. There are some things I do not have that I could rent here.The Home Depot orange stands for value and energy. I felt energized leaving the store today because of the value I am going to get on future projects by saving money on rentals of equipment that I normally wouldn't have access to."
