"We have never been to a Les Schwab before but we will be customers from now on. We went to pepboys just down the street and ordered $1300 set of tires 3 wks ago on 10/5, showed up yesterday for our appt and they didn't have them. No apology or solution was offered, just told that "the tires are non existant". We went over to this location and when we told Manny what had happened he apologized that that happened to us (which pepboys didn't do). He had better tires in stock for cheaper, and was able to do it the same day. We were so glad, as we leave to travel cross country next week. Manny was extremely nice and helpful. He won our business from now on."
"This place fixes flats for free with the intention that you will come back and buy tires from them and well, I am going to do just that. They have free good wifi so I could get some work done, clean bathrooms, and the customer service is fantastic. They are so nice. The nice woman at the front desk Sandra has been there for years and is always joyful and helpful. I normally buy my tires from Costco, but if Les Schwab is in the same ballpark on price, I will be shopping there because of all of the previously stated reasons."
