Both Stacey and Frank were thoughtful in figuring out how to do the least invasive but yet effective installation to accommade the design of my home. No extra cuts had to be made into walls in order for me to transition from a standard water heater to the tankless. The price that I was quoted is the price that I paid, which was the best quote that I received out of three. I was not charged for extra parts to modify the ventilation system.
