"I went there to replace the "credit card" key for my father-in-law's Miata because my son broke it. After being there a couple of hours they could not replace it. The could not find the part or something. And on top of that, they wanted like $300. I ended up going to Tustin Mazda where they were able to replace and program it in like 20 minutes, and only cost a scoche over $200. Never let the kid drive the Miata again."

"Called in for a different issue that was not resolved but was advised on the phone that there was an airbag recall so I decided to make an appointment to go out there. Once arrived, another rep informed me there were no recalls so to sum it up, I was fed misinformation and wasted my time going out there for nothing. Can’t trust this dealership."

"They were Awesome.Their Customer Service goes above and beyond. I learned that they are a Family Owned Business. No wonder they intently listen to your requests and were very concerned with getting it all done correctly. If Anyo e has a Mazda that needs service, I strongly recommend this facility. (Especially since the Dealership where I purchased the car had Terrible Customer Service...and they're all the way down in Rancho Palos Verdes)...."

"On Wednesday I came in to get my car serviced, I had a flat tire, immediately told them I needed my tire fixed and gave them my information. No one said I had to check in to get it serviced. In the meantime my car was getting serviced I figured I’d go and speak to someone about my lease payments to potentially purchase the vehicle. I spoke with a sales representative whose name is Lailani. She was nice, however I said multiple times I did not want to purchase a vehicle today , but I did want Information. Long story short i did not want her to run my credit she mentioned only a point would be deducted, to my surprise 28 points were deducted from my credit that day. I then told her 28 points were deducted I thought you said just one ,she responded by saying only one or two. Seriously!! my ten year old sister can do better then this. I don’t understand how someone can still lie to my face to get a sale out of me. She misinformed me and my credit was affected more. On top of the fact that I was already lied to and upset I leave to get an update on my vehicle, to find out they had just parked it and no service was done because it was not checked in. The service department showed lack of communication or were just lazy. Why would I pull into service for someone to just park my car this is not valet parking. This was seriously the worse experience here and we’ve been doing business with them for 5 years. As a client I am disappointed in both departments. I think management needs to retrain these people on customer service skills. I went back and spoke with Rafael from the finance department who I should have gone to since the beginning. Maybe he can train them to have better customer service skills. I have never done a bad review but this was beyond, my day could not have ended worse. This team needs to get it together."

"Buying a car here was easy. Service department is by far one one the worst ones. Mazda knows of the issue with the gun metal wheels coating coming off. I was told that anything on line was false and turned away. Called another dealership and told to bring it in to gave someone look at the wheels. At lease they will make an effort."
