"The interior was dirty and flies flew onto the napkins and packets of paprika. After we ordered, we didn't receive a receipt for our order. We ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and the Crazy Puff meal that came with a 2 liter soda. After 50 minutes, we received 2 pizzas and the Crazy bread. When we said that the order was incorrect, they claimed that we were misremembering our order. We paid for more food than we received and never got our money back. While waiting, I saw them handle food right after picking trash off the floor. I would avoid choosing this particular Little Caesar's to order food due to the poor service and handling of food."

"(COOK THREATENED TO CALL COPS ON ME AFTER ASKING “POLITELY” TO GIVE ME THE RIGHT ORDER)) I ordered on the app and when I got there I grabbed my pizza from the kiosk and open the pizza ( THE PIZZA LOOKED OLD BURNT NO BUTTER NO SALT AND DID NOT LOOK LIKE PRETZEL PIZZA) I ask if “they can fix it” ( THE COOK CAME VERY RUDELY GRABBED MY PIZZA WENT TO THE BACK PUT SALT AND BUTTER CAME UP TO ME LITERALLY THREW THE PIZZA DOWN AND SAID “HAVE A NICE DAY” WITH A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE). I opened my pizza box BUTTER AND SALT POURED EVERYWHERE IT LOOKED SLOPPY. I ask for a “new pizza” SHE SAID “I HAD TO PAY FOR IT”!!!…Why if it was their mistake ?? After I started recording they said “we will make the pizza the right way”"

"This is normally my favorite Little Caesars in town but recently my salted pretzel crust hasn't been coming out good. The past two times I've ordered it there's been so much salt on it I can't even eat it. It's like the lid came off when they shook the salt or something"

"Filthy / Order Wrong. Plz view photos. I Ordered stuffed crazy crust received regular. The floors are filthy, dirty footprints, leaves, papers and sticky spots everywhere. The baseboards are dirty, garbage laying around in the kitchen, full paper sacks of flour being stored on the dirty floor. The fan on floor is covered in dust and hair. In the picture, you can see it protruding from the fan guard. Obviously, the fan circulates this throughout the restaurant. It can end up in your dough, sauce, ect. Very gross and unsanitary. The warming ovens are covered in greasy fingerprints greasy film, the entry door handles are greasy. Even the caution wet floor sign was dirty and had pizza sauce on it. Obviously, the employees and management take no pride in their workplace. They don't care about food quality or public health. Sad :("
