"My experience with the owner of Haha Sushi was extremely negative. The owner seems to think that delivery drivers are like slaves, and he can dictate to them however he pleases. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and no one should be treated with such disrespect. I strongly advise other delivery drivers to avoid dealing with this place, as there are many other restaurants that treat their delivery drivers with the respect they deserve."

"I've been on the hunt for good Sushi in Fresno, and I am so happy my search has ended! They are slightly more expensive than other places, and take a bit longer to fill an order... but it's clearly because the ingredients are quality and the rolls are assembled with attention and care. I wouldn't have it any other way. I ordered the tuna roll and the Bullard High. My friend ordered an avocado mango roll and asparagus roll. Everything was fantastic. I'll be back next time I want sushi!"

"I visited this sushi bar expecting a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The chef, who was supposed to be the highlight of the show, was downright rude and seemed more interested in scowling at customers than preparing their meals. The service was so slow and incompetent that I almost forgot I was in a restaurant. Overall, the experience was a complete disappointment, and I would advise anyone looking for quality sushi and decent customer service to steer clear of this establishment."

"I ordered from this place on DoorDash at 7pm and received a text from DoorDash at 8pm that my order was delivered. I never received my order and my camera's show no one delivered anything to my house. After waiting 15min to get ahold of DoorDash support, I got a full refund. I went to the restaurant at 8:25pm and informed the hostess of what happened. I asked if I could please reorder my food and pay for it. She apologized generously for my troubles and found my order check and took it to the manager. As soon as the manager came out he rudely told me (in broken English) I needed to call DoorDash. I explained to him that I already received my refund and all I wanted to do was to reorder my food and pay for it. He didn't understand what I was explaining. He said they don't take DoorDash orders after 8:30pm. I explained again I wanted to reorder in person for take-out and pay. He said no they are already closed (even though thier business hours posted are till 9:30pm). I asked if he could make an exception being as the cooks were still cooking and I'm a frequent customer of theirs. He refused to do so. Worst customer service. It wasn't a complicated order. The hostess admitted that they only have one order left to make. It wouldn't have taken much time to remake my order. Will never return to this place again."
