"Sushi Day is probably my favorite sushi spot, possibly because I could be bias being this is the Very first sushi spot I went when I was about 20. Did not like sushi prior to that & the rest is history! With that being said, definitely a good go to for sushi. My ONLY complaint is this... Sometimes it can be a miss & today it definitely was not that. The chefs behind the counter today did a great job & my roll was excellent!"
"This was our first visit, our waitress was very good! Orders and drinks came very quickly. The Food was delicious, starting with the sushi. It was masterfully prepared, it was the freshest sushi I have had in Fresno/ Clovis so far! We had the Scooby-Doo roll and a Dragon Roll. You absolutely have to try them. I had the beef teriyaki and tempura bento box, it came with Rice which had the perfect stickiness to pair with the beef and get that perfect beef / rice bite. The tempura was perfectly prepared as well, the batter was light and airy, with no excess grease and it retained rigidly to make for a crunchy bite every time you ate it. The miso soup was the best I have had in a long time. It gives you a warm good feeling that miso soup should. I skipped the Korean spicy wings. But my wife and son said that they were addictingly good but spicy. I highly recommend this establishment. Gets a 5 star from me."
