"Says open til 10. Still accepts orders online and charges your card. They are actually closed at 9? I’m out money and now have to arrange a new meal for my family after waiting til the pick up time. Super unhappy with this location. Coming back for my money and never recommending pizza factory to anyone ever again. Do not go!"
"I usually have an amazing experience here. But this time I didn’t. I don’t know if it’s because new people started working there but I usually order the same thing every time and I at least order 3x a month here. But today I ordered the usual Cheesy Sticks and they’re delicious but this time I think I got them undercooked? I don’t even know what happened but below I’ll share a photo. The guy said he’ll give me a credit but I was hoping he’d say “we’ll get that delivered to you!” Because I had gotten the rest of the things delivered and my total came out to almost $70. Just kinda hoping for better service and also food quality."
