"This specific location is the worst. I have no issues with bath and body works. It's this location's staff that I have the problem with. My wife had called asking about their price adjustment policy, they told her it was 21 days. When we arrived at the store the same day to do the price adjustment, at the door they told us it was 7 days. Ok, that's weird, but ok we were still within 7 days. When we got to the register, they told us it was 3 days and wouldn't honor the price adjustment. 3 different answers to the same question by the same store on the same day. Screw that, their return policy is 30 days. So we returned everything the next day. When I told the manager that they should have a uniform answer she just looked at me and didn't say a word. I'm a pretty patient person, but I hate when people don't even bother to try. The management at this location has poor training standards and couldn't care less. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS."

"Basically girlfriend tried to return a scented oils wall plug inn for the same exact one/ reason being the one from the store leaked.never had we had a prob at bath body beR regarding returns any of them.but the girl at the store was very rude instead of returning the damaged item she Argued was agt greasier and rude. At the end we were told we had to except a $2 credit on a item that was way more than $2 and the store was at fault of the damaged item purchased at the store won’t be going back."

"Giving 3 Stars Due To The Store Was Clean & Organized. Walked In With My Family & Was Not Greeted At All, All The While Everyone Else In The Store Was Greeted, Thought No Big Deal We Will Continue To Shop And Find The Good Deals. There Were Promotions Going On & No Associates Were Letting Us Know About It.... Thought We Were Discriminated Against Because No One Was Really Helping Us, We Got To The Register To Pay For Our Items & There Was One Lady In Front Of Us So Once Her Transaction Was Complete We Were Next In Line, Another Lady Walked In Front Of Us Put Her Items On The Counter & The Associate Started Helping Her, I Kindly Let The Associate Know We Were Next In Line & She Became Rude To Us & Was Hesitant On Helping Us Out... She Did Tell Us To Put Our Stuff On The Counter & Help Us But Was Extremely Rude The Entire Time, We Ended Up Spending Over $50.00 At The Store & The Entire Experience Made Us Feel So Uncomfortable, Unfortunately For That Reason I Cannot Shop At This Bath & Body Works Store Again Even Though We Love The Store We Will Have To Take Our Business Else Where, Please Educate Your Employees To Not Discriminate People Base On Their Race Or For Any Other Reason"
