"I was there to buy a perfume when the sales associate who was helping me and myself noticed a bottle was missing. I then found it and exclaimed to the sales associate that I did when another sales associate came from behind me and snatched it out of my hand. He then got really close to my face and asked if I wanted to smell it. The way he said it had so much attitude and it made me feel like he thought I was some thief. Then the associate comes over and tells him that we were looking for it. Instead of handing it back to me, he reaches over me and gives it to the sales associate. I always shop here and usually get good customer service but never has an employee been so rude and made me feel so stupid than he did today. The entire time after that as I made my purchase, he was standing behind me as if he still thought I was going to steal something. I then called and was left on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting until I finally had enough and hung up. Do better"

"Fabulous fragrance counter. The girls are like friends, ready to help you out and get the sent for you. I have tried so many, and they help with all my questions. Vendors are also a great asset. I love that I came before the crazy holidays. The holidays are beautiful, but very busy."

"We usually do not buy make up here but our experience with the associate was taken to a new level. Lucio personified the perfect customer service experience. The good: Customer service given to a 110%. Lucio took the time to answer all of my wife's questions and showed his 12 years of make up experience. The bad: Waiting time which I think was an isolated incident. The ugly: None found If you ever buy make up here, ask for Lucio and he will help you out all the way!"
