"I still like to visit the store and talk to some experts and ask them questions. Its nice to actually see and feel things before making a purchase. I know amazon have things cheaper but sometimes big purchase got lost or stolen. Going to the stores help keeping them remaining in business."

"Generally, it's a neat, well-run store. The staff is helpful and friendly. I do miss having an electronics store that carries a wide range of cables, adapters, and accessories, and Best Buy does nothing to meet this need. Best Buy is good at what they do, however, and they do meet the needs of the average customer in typical situations."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot depict the how bad my experience was of dealing with Best Buy. I purchased a washer/dryer from the Cerritos location and had endless failed deliveries, faulty damaged machines (3 times) and horrendous customer service over 4weeks. You can’t call the store direct so I had to speak to Best Buy head office (which might as well be a different business as they don’t help with delivery issues). I ended up having to return to the store 3 times to try to resolve. 4 weeks later, no further forward so I decided to cancel the whole order. Spend your money at many of the other more reliable retailers, these guys need an intervention to solve some major flaws in their business."

"Disastrous Online Purchase Experience I wish I could recount a positive experience with Best Buy’s online service, but my recent ordeal has left me utterly disappointed. I ordered a TV in anticipation of a big boxing event with my family, only to have it delivered defective and unresponsive. When I turned to Best Buy’s customer service, I learned that I could only escalate my issue Monday through Friday. This baffles me, especially when their physical stores operate on weekends. Because of this setback, I had to rent a truck from U-Haul out of pocket, only to be hit with another unexpected hurdle. The in-store system showed my TV still “in transit”, hence the official exchange could only be processed on a weekday. After sharing my ordeal and asking for a mere discount to cover the $100 truck rental, gas, and mileage, David, the manager, directed me to corporate. To add salt to the wound, when I finally reached home, I discovered they had given me a 70-inch TV instead of the 75-inch I had originally purchased. Now I’m not only out over $150 due to all the unforeseen expenses, but I’m also stuck with a TV size I didn’t even order. As of now, I await a response from corporate on Monday, hoping they can rectify this disastrous experience. I sincerely hope they value their customers enough to provide a resolution. If you’re considering buying online from Best Buy, take my experience as a cautionary tale."
