"Clean Nordstrom. Visited the Bistro Cafe and had some amazing appetizers and pasta. We grabbed a bottle of champagne and some red wine to pair for half off Wine Wednesday. Restaurant needs to be updated. Felt like an upscale Denny's inside. Store has all the usual designer brands with helpful sales people to help you with your needs. It's attached to the Cerritos Mall giving access from the first and second floor. Overall, cleanliness with plenty designer brands are a great art this location."

"Very clean store, extremely disappointed, I needed a different size shoe and some of these ladies noticed I was looking at them to ask for help and they continued talking and laughing. Amir was helping other client and also came over to check up when he was done with a great attitude. No other clients were at the store! Terrible service and attitude towards the customers."

"After months of searching for a perfect stroller. I found one at Nordstrom, the representative who assisted me explained every single feature on the stroller made me fall in love with it. It was not in stock. So she had to order it for me. Today I decided to open my stroller and get ready for this baby. I am in complete disbelief. I opened the box and I received a used stroller. Mind you I paid nearly $900 for my stroller!!! $900!!!! For a minute I felt like I was shopping at Walmart. All they can do for me today was refund that order and order a “new” one that will now arrive until Thursday!"
