"If I can give no star at all believe me I will. Worst experience ever! I went in to Q clothing store looking for a clear shoe to go with everything for my mom. Found this pair size 8 but she normally wear size 7.5 so I was looking everywhere in the store for same shoes different size to fit couldn’t find. I turned to ask someone if there’s something in the stockroom and I found this associate that told me it has a red tag so it’s the last one, and it’s on sale. All their shoes are final sale meaning if you purchase you can not return even if you didn’t wear it and the tag still on. Ok I get it So I still decided to purchase the shoes anyways cuz I was running out of time. so I went to the register the cashier said one sec and went to check if there’s another shoes cuz she couldn’t figure the price even thou there’s a big red mark on it. She called a supervisor and she said she can not change the price. She was not welling to fix the mistake they made twice. First, by have a red mark on it, and second the associate confirmed that is on sale. The shoes were $21.99 I was willing to pay that if it was the exact size I want. This is not about the money but they should accommodate the sale price especially if the mistake was done twice. I asked the associate that was standing at the door before I leave, she also confirm if the shoes have a red mark on the tag it means it’s on sale."
