"Lots of comfortable flare going on here. It was a wreck the first night I went around closing, next day returned an item or two at opening and wow! How nice and neat EVERYTHING was."

"Love the brand but this store is awful. The fitting rooms are very dirty with balls of dust laying around - feels like they weren’t clean for weeks, if ever. I also accidentally left my top in the fitting room and when I came back for it it was in a trash bin and the staff member handed it to me with the tips of her fingers and disgusted face. Way to go Urban Outfitters to make your customers feel respected and appreciated. Never shopping at this location again."

"Placed an order online. Waited 2 weeks just to receive the wrong item. And original item I ordered is out of stock. AND I need to go to USPS to return the wrong item. Also noted that USPS has the same schedule to most 9-5 jobs. This is more than ridiculous. Awful corporate with awful rules."

"TLDR: Rude staff, discriminatory treatment. The staff at this UO location were very rude and had a lot of attitude. No one was coordinating the fitting room, so I went in to try clothes on. A few minutes later, the staff comes by to tell me to put my clothes on and leave the dressing room, and that clearly they had blocked the dressing room so no one could enter with a bunch of attitude. However, the dressing room entry way was wide open and there was no sign saying the fitting room was closed. As I was leaving, they let in a white mom and her daughter into the dressing room… I’m not entirely sure if this was discrimination, but it was very rude behavior and inconsistent treatment of customers. I will not be shopping at this location any time soon, nor do I recommend it for anyone else."

"This Urban Outfitters is centrally located in San Jose with great access to accessible parking. it is typically overpriced but obviously not anymore overpriced than any other Urban Outfitters for a store that's in a mall. I was impressed with the array of hair products and low to mid priced makeup they had, the standard fast fashion jewelry and accessories, some overpriced Polaroid camera garbage (extremely wasteful by the way) and appropriately trendy clothes the sales staff was quite available friendly. It was fairly horrifying to see a Grateful Dead t-shirt there but I guess money is money. I cannot imagine myself putting their dietary supplements in my body but they had a number of them available. If you seen it on Instagram, SnapChat, or a Kardashian / Jenner, it's in Urban Outfitters for sure."
