"Yesterday I went to this Express due to the fact that the one closer to me is closing for good and the store is empty at New Park Mall. I will start off by saying some of the staff here is very rude and not friendly. It was only a couple of staff members that made me feel welcome. My experience shopping here was very uncomfortable as if we were being watched. My son even noticed it. The cashier was really rude to me. She never said thank you for shopping with us, have a good evening or anything. She just handed my bag to me and didn’t say anything at all. As much as I love shopping at Express I will never come back to this store again."

I especially like their jackets and pants. This store is well maintained and the staff is helpful. I usually check the new collection online before coming to the store. The store is organized pretty well as most of the times I was able to find an item that I liked online."
