Those in the traffic division should be red faced ashamed of themselves; overly inflated tickets, 4 hour a day workweeks, no affordable recourse for citizens to dispute or resolve their issues, websites that do not work, I could go on but I’ve give you people enough of my time as it is. Seriously disappointing and definitely infuriating, ‘Good enough for government work’ should be the slogan printed in bold across every doorway in the building"

"They have a horrible phone system that makes you wait through a barrage of meaningless information and then doesn't give useful numbers. As far as I could tell here is no way to reach the clerks via the telephone system even though they are open till 3PM (not 1PM like all the other offices). Even though I have had a good experience with them in past years, I can't even get through to them. Not everyone who needs to use the court system lives in or can go to Santa Cruz."

"The officers here are nice and understanding. The judge is cool and will work with you depending on your situation. However this is where many peoples freedom are taken away and I cannot ignore that fact. It is what it is."

"Feels literally like dead people exist in this building. It is oddly cold. To the bones cold. They did have the morgue in there so maybe it is dead people. Take stroll outside and you feel death by the river too. Some creepy vibes. Incompetent public defenders. Judges in the pocket of the DA and just let them run everything. Judges will let kids be kidnapped for profit. Law help people are biased and lie and give incorrect legal info."
