"Horrible Easter Sunday Visit 2023 -music playing was blaring beyond normal. When I tried to tell the ladies working day shift that the music was excessively loud to the point you had to scream to speak, female clerk on floor said that’s the way we like our music. She refused to turn it down to a normal level. I told her that would call to complain and she said go ahead. She proceeded to speak poorly of me in front of everyone; not that anyone could hear her but still. The cashier was on the phone the whole time taking on Bluetooth and not serving the guest either. It’s was like being in the twilight zone and no customer service at all."
