"Last time I went there only one person was working and she didn’t speak a word of English. She literally understood nothing. Luckily the guy behind me in line finally decided to help me translate to Spanish but I’ll never come here again. I don’t understand how you hire someone for a job that requires you to speak to customers in the U.S. when they can’t even speak English."

"Ordered delivery via Subway app. Subway forgot to include some items, when I called this store (who made the order) they said they can't help and to contact doordash - even after explaining it was the subway app was told I must be wrong the app doesn't allow you to place orders and no help to refund the missing items - had to issue a chargeback via my bank to resolve :("

"I went in today at 1pm all I did was ask if I can substitute a meat for a different meat, I asked "if you get turkey and ham and if I don't want ham can I replace it for extra turkey?" She unprofessionally told me " I don't think we can do that" I was extremely confused as to why a sandwich shop can't substitute my meat, because obviously you can, the worker was just uneducated and poorly trained."

"Very rude customer service. When i entered the store, nobody was there. Finally a lady came from behind the counter after I waited for 5 mins and called 6-7 times. She also argued when i asked her to put little more onions, she said there is a rule on number of pieces of vegetables that can be added to a footlong (although not written anywhere) and said i can leave the store if i don’t want. Quality was also very bad. Overall impression was they don’t want anyone to visit their store."

"Very bad customer service at this location. We ordered online and came in for pick up. Forgot to put cheese on one sandwich asked for cheese and was denied. Asked for to go mayonnaise and mustard as we were taking the sandwiches to eat at for a picnic at the beach. They provided us with a little container of each mayo and mustard. We asked for more and they refused. We had four sandwiches. Apparently at this store, customer service and satisfaction doesn’t matter."
