"So they have nothing for homeless youth I tried to get into a shelter with me and my girlfriend through them and they said because I'm not from Santa Cruz I can't stay in the shelter. I'm homeless in the Bay area including santa Cruz but they dont care instead they made me wait months for a actual reply then sent me useless information and told me to have a good day. I rate this place one star seems like they don't have real resources."
