"Was having difficulty with a last minute passport, Santiago was absolutely amazing helping me out. Super patient explaining me how to do everything since this is my first time going through this process. He helped me three times, and even cut me slack and let me walk in later in the day after I showed up the second time with the wrong documents. He may have saved my entire trip!"
"Thank you so much for calling me instead of emailing me as indicated on the request form, and resolving an issue without ever talking to me. Thank you for also leaving a phone number that is invalid, and of course losing my package. By far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They close the desk with in-person assistance OFTEN, and sometimes HOURS before they close. This is very inconvenient. Most of the workers are horribly mean for 0 reason. I’ve seen them yell at an older man because they were being so vague, mean, and unclear and he was clearly confused. They must find joy in being miserable"
"There postal men are extremely lazy and they just said you were not home to avoid delivering your package even though you were at home and pretty sure they didn’t even knock your door. One woman in their office is also extremely rude and trying to be racism. She pretended that she can’t understand and give me an attitude after I repeating my address ten times. She made me a week late getting my package."
"They lost my package immediately. Sent it back to the wrong address. I put in a missing mail request, which was difficult because the USPS app being defunct for years. They sent me an automated email each month for the next three months saying they haven't started looking for it. Then the fourth month they said the request expired without ever having looked. I was disallowed from making a second request. I went in to the office and the angry woman who works there (see other reviews about her) told me the office has auctioned off my package and the whole thing was my fault. If any one person had successfully done their job, there would be no problem. I essentially paid them to steal my package and sell it off to the highest bidder. I recommend using a private logistics company."
"I try to avoid interacting with a certain employee . Not only is she unbelievably rude, she’s straight up MEAN. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I thought the first time she was just having a bad day, but today she made me feel terrible. I truly hope she is okay and that she can get a new job that doesn’t make her so angry. Therapy would probably be helpful for her too. Maybe yoga or Tai Chi? My interaction with her really put a damper in my day, and I gave her no reason to treat me in such a manner. She’s literally spreading her bad energy to every person she meets. Perhaps she’s gone “postal”?! Maybe the best thing for her to do is RETIRE!! I hope you learn to live a happier and more fulfilled life!"
