"Access to the trail is relatively easy once you head to the Northwest corner of the park and reach the Entrance Station or the Park Office, and then make it all the way to the Horse grounds. At the Entrance Station, you will also find a parking area and restrooms. Once you get on the Felton Pipeline Road Trail, you will have quite an easy time getting around since the trail is paved. The trail usually has moderate traffic most of the time, so if you are looking for solitude, you are better off using one of the other dog-friendly trails in the park, such as Meadow Trail or Graham Hill Trail. Most of the trails in the park offer furtastic views of the stunning San Lorenzo River Valley, as well as close up views of the redwoods. Felton Pipeline Road Trail runs along the river on fairly even ground and has beautiful views of bigleaf maples on the right that look even more pawtacular during autumn."
