"Horrible Experience. Checked in and paid for a parking spot on Saturday 04/06/24. Paid $10 for all day via credit card. Got a text confirmation and my credit card notice of $10 charged. Came back 6 hours later and had a parking violation for non-payment. $48 citation. How can this happen? Scam or computer problems. Checked my credit card again and $10 was charged; full day."
"Visited the old fisherman's wharf and I received a parking citation here even though I paid for it. Pretty sure I put the correct license plate number and it is the correct zone. Would be nice if the payment kiosk just simply print tickets and you display it on your dash rather than whatever system they are using right now. Other than the problem with this citation this place could have deserved a 5 stars given the amount of space and the location. P.S. There is an option to contest the citation either online or by mail. I did the online option and still awaiting a response."
