"Always has a great selection. This is where I get my runners."
"I have found shoes that I have been looking for for ever at the right price. They don’t make shoes like they used to but I found the perfect shoes while I was in Myrtle Beach."
"I went into the store looking for some boots tonight. It was 1.5 hr before closing, the store was empty except for me. I browsed and didn’t see what I was looking for, so I sat down on a bench in the store and began searching online. When I sat down and it seemed like I might be there a minute, the woman working there asked if I needed help. When I said “no thank you, I’m looking online,” she just stared at me. She didn’t say another word to me the whole time I was there or when I left, either. It wasn’t a big deal. I just got the feeling she was annoyed by the fact that I was in the store at all. My wife went into the store (without me) 30 mins later, and picked up 2 pairs of children’s shoes from the clearance rack. One of the pairs was marked $34.99 regular price and the “clearance” price was $35.99. So my wife asked, “excuse me ma’am, I need your help.” The employee (woman) said “with what?” My wife said “the price of these shoes.” The employee said “they’re priced as marked.” So then my wife explained the discrepancy and the woman scanned the bar code and confirmed the stickers were incorrect. Next, my wife asked to check the price of the second pair because they were marked $54.99 for a pair of size 1 kids shoes (but were in clearance). The employee again said “the price marked is the price” (except clearly not, as the previous pair was incorrectly labeled). My wife got her to scan the 2nd pair after pointing that out and the employee said “oh, they’re $10 less than that.” Because the sale was BOGO 1/2 off, my wife decided to look at Hey Dudes for herself, tried a few on pairs and found one she liked, but the box only had one shoe in it (size 8). My wife looked at the display assuming that was the mate, but it was a size 6. So she asked the employee again for help. While she looked for the shoe’s matching mate, my wife asked “these are also BOGO 1/2 off, right?” The employee said rudely “not on NEW Hey Dudes” (the tone was one of complete exasperation like “don’t you know that, idiot?”). My wife then asked, “oh. Are these new?” She’s never had Hey Dudes before. We’re in an outlet store, so the assumption is that NONE of the shoes in there are new. The woman replied “YES. They’re not OVER in the clearance” and pointed (again, like “you imbecile”) in the direction of clearance. My wife thanked her for the “help” and left the store, but not before witnessing another woman walk in asking for help and clarification and received the same rude treatment. That lady came in with the intention of exchanging some shoes, but after being treated in the same disrespectful manner, she just said “nevermind” and returned all her items. There was nothing unusual about any one of our questions or needs as potential customers walking into a store, but she made sure all 3 of us separately felt like we were a bother and annoyance to her by asking for clarity about their sale or pricing/policies. And in kind, not one of us made any purchases when our previous intentions were to do just that. If you don’t want to interact with humans politely, DON’T WORK IN RETAIL."
"Came in today 7/25 @ around noon while on vacation trying to find my son some shoes for school. When I walked in I took a left in the store looking around trying to find his shoes, this place was so unorganized. When I asked an employee (older lady) if they had a set section for kids (at this time I’m in the middle of the store & did not see signage when I walked in) The employee said it’s where the sign is hanging that said kids (very rudely) - afterwards I apologized and said I didn’t see the sign. The lady commented to my boyfriend (not knowing he was with me) “I Guess people don’t know how to look up anymore “. Like excuse me ma’am, all I needed was directions not a smart comment. However; there were two other works a nice gentleman that help check a price for me (because there wasn’t any tags down the aisle I was looking at) & the very nice young lady at the register. 4/10 would not recommend for service. Product on other hand was nice."
"The prices are like regular store prices. Then I find a coupon but oh no sorry Nike is excluded from the coupon. Don't waste your time."
