"i literally watched someone steal something and they did nothing & when i came back to return something at 7:50 pm, (they close at 8pm!) their doors were locked & the lady with a tie dye shirt denied opening the doors for me, with a patronizing head shake and mouthing “no.” im annoyed i have to come back a different day and get this returned when they could’ve taken 2 minutes of their busy lives to let me get my money back. i’ll never go in there again after i return these pants (which smell like fish, gross)"

Girls, guys, gen neutral - all are welcome, and all their clothes are cute, no matter what you're looking for or what your style is. Plus they have tons of other stuff too. "This was my first time inside a rue21. I was surprised and shocked to see they had plus size clothes that fit me. I'm a big woman and normally never find clothes at a mall to fit me. It shocked me being able to find clothes my size there that are cute and trendy and don't look like they were made for an old woman. I will definitely be going back there more. Plus the staff were super nice to me and my daughter."
