"The manager here seems to be uneducated on store policies. I went inside to make a return and she had no clue how to refund an online order and refused it. Almost seemed like she was taking it personally and kept giving me issues. I ended up going to the North Myrtle Beach store and had zero issues making my return. Sad to see that kind of incompetence in a managerial position."

"The store itself is nicely put together! However, it was ridiculously hard to get help from anyone!! The one that helped me was sweet and knew what she was doing! She’s the same one that rang me up at the register but she definitely needed backup for how busy it was! It was like everyone else tried to avoid customers and an overall unhelpful environment.."

"I’ve always enjoyed shopping at H&M but not anymore!! I came in to return an item from an online order, the lady didn’t seem to have known what she was doing and when I got home I found out that instead of a refund my card got charged for the amount of the refund!! I came back to the store the next day, the lady who looked like a manager said: sorry about that. Like it was not a big deal at all!! And left me at the register with one of the associates to help with my issue!! After working on it, the girl said: if it doesn’t work come back and see us!! I think it is ridiculous what I had to go through for a simple return!! Still don’t know if I am getting my money back!! I won’t be shopping there again!! The worst customer service!!"

"They have some of the most affordable prices of a mall clothing store. They also have things for the whole family. I was able to buy all of my daughter's school wardrobe for $200. They have very trendy clothes and also have a range of higher quality items that only cost a little more. They have something for everyone's budget."
