"I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr.Chasteen got wildly inappropriate with me. He was helping me anti depressants, anxiety meds, and sleep meds. Yet on our 2nd appointment after doing a physical and listening to my stomach he looks at my breast and says “I looked at your surgeries,are those real?” Then said he would write a note about them being real so he didn’t have to ask me every time i was in there. Then the third appointment came and he was listening to my stomach and starts looking at my breasts again and goes “those all you? They don’t go down when you lose weight?” Which then he said it was a curiosity question not medically relevant. When I reported him to the administrators they dismissed me as a patient. I will be going to the medical board of ethics with this and the whole building. Their other doctor was extremely inappropriate to me as well. GO ANYWHERE ELSE"
"Dr. Chasteen is caring, patient and forward thinking. I feel very comfortable in his care and really respect the time he takes to truly and thoroughly address me as an individual. It makes a big difference in the doctor/patient care dialogue when you actually trust that your physician wants to provide you with excellent care. My experiences with him have always been positive, even when I was a hot mess, I always left feeling better than when I came in."
"Dr. Chasteen is everything a primary care doctor should be. He is very thorough and I always feel like he has time for me. His knowledge is excellent and every time he has treated me, he's been able to quickly identify and resolve the problem or refer me to another doctor who can. When he briefly left private practice to go into teaching, I was unable to find a comparable doctor so when he returned to private practice, I immediately went back to him."
